From offer to results.

1. Step 1

   Plan the appearance

   Venue, time window, what to post, where tracked links should send people. Add brand ambassadors or event staff through Air Fresh if you want help around the creator.

2. Step 2

   Send an offer

   Pick creators from the directory or your shortlist. The contract is pre-filled from their rate card: appearance fee, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, cancellation terms.

3. Step 3

   Contract with a version freeze

   Once sent, a contract version never changes. A change is a new version and the creator accepts that one. Acceptance records the name, time, consent text and a fingerprint of exactly what was agreed.

4. Step 4

   Deposit

   The brand pays the deposit when the creator accepts. Today deposits run in test mode while payments are being set up.

5. Step 5

   Day of

   The creator checks in at the venue. Location is shared only if they agree at that moment. If not, they can check in manually and the brand reviews it. A proof photo is optional.

6. Step 6

   Content approval

   Drafts go to the brand first when the contract asks for it. The live post link only counts once the caption carries a clear disclosure like #ad, the creator confirms it, and the brand approves.

7. Step 7

   Results

   Each creator has a tracked link, and signage can use a QR code. Clicks are counted with bots removed. Creators add reach and views, labeled as self-reported. Share a results page with a link.

8. Step 8

   Payout

   Creators earn the appearance fee for showing up and each deliverable fee when it is complete. Cancellation and dispute rules are written in the contract.
